Prume Pro License Terms
Grant of License
Upon purchase, Inoyu Sàrl grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Prume Pro on the number of devices specified by your plan:
- Individual — 1 named user, up to 2 personal devices
- Team — up to the purchased seat count, managed by an admin
- Enterprise — unlimited seats within the licensed organization
This license is for internal use only and does not grant the right to provide Prume Pro as a hosted service to third parties.
Restrictions
You may not:
License Key Policy
License keys are confidential and tied to your account. Unauthorized sharing or public distribution of license keys will result in immediate blacklisting of the key without refund.
A one-time replacement key is available for first-time violations due to accidental exposure (e.g., committing a key to a public repository). Contact legal@prume.dev for assistance.
Updates & Maintenance
Your license includes access to all updates and new features released during your active subscription period. After your subscription expires or is canceled, you may continue to use the last version installed but will not receive further updates.
We may release updates that modify functionality. We will not intentionally remove core features without reasonable notice.
Term & Termination
Your license remains active for the duration of your subscription period. Upon termination (by you or by us):
- Pro features are disabled at the end of the current billing period
- The free Prume CLI continues to function under the MIT License
- Your data remains on your local machine — we do not delete local files
- We may delete your cloud account data after 30 days
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Prume Pro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all environments. You are responsible for testing in your specific configuration before relying on it for critical workflows.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inoyu Sàrl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use Prume Pro.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Prume Pro shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of the United States. You may not export or re-export the software to any country, entity, or person prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Saint-Cergue, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory statutory place of jurisdiction.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing in this agreement overrides your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement
This License Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Inoyu Sàrl regarding the use of Prume Pro. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
